By accessing our app, Doctor Portal, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing Doctor Portal. The materials contained in Doctor Portal are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Limitations
In no event shall Doctor Portal PLT or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Doctor Portal, even if Doctor Portal PLT or a Doctor Portal PLT authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
Accuracy of materials
The materials appearing in Doctor Portal could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Doctor Portal PLT does not warrant that any of the materials on Doctor Portal are accurate, complete or current. Doctor Portal PLT may make changes to the materials contained in Doctor Portal at any time without notice. However, Doctor Portal PLT does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Doctor Portal PLT has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its app and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Doctor Portal PLT of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
Modifications
Doctor Portal PLT may revise these terms of service for its app at any time without notice. By using Doctor Portal you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
Currently, all payments or money transactions will not be carried out in the Doctor Portal App. Hence, Doctor Portal PLT will not be responsible for any payment or transaction made between any parties. Disputes regarding payment/transaction will not be monitored or handled by the Doctor Portal PLT team.
However, Doctor Portal PLT will try to help our users within our limited capability.
The Doctor Portal PLT reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.
These terms are effective as of 25 March 2020.
Your privacy is important to us. It is Doctor Portal PLT's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you through our app, Doctor Portal.
We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.
Our app may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.
You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

If you are the first doctor who applied, you will need to wait less than one hour. After one hour, if the clinic/hospital hasn't selected any doctor, as the first doctor, you will be automatically selected.
NO. You have to wait for the locum owner (clinic/hospital) to choose and hire you first.
The phone number of the clinic/hospital will be unveiled on the locum post. You can either contact them first or wait for them to contact you.
Currently, all payments/money transactions between doctors and clinics/hospitals will be done outside the Doctor Portal app. The hourly rate and bonus should follow the one posted on the app. But, stay tuned, as we care about you, we will facilitate the payment process in the future.
Any irresponsible acts are highly intolerable. Hence, if you feel that you have been mistreated, please make a report to us via support@doctorportal.info. We will investigate and address your issues in 48 hours.

You can negotiate with the clinic/hospital/locum owner outside the Doctor Portal app. Nonetheless, we firmly believe that it is very important for you to fulfill the given job to avoid any undesired consequences for both parties, doctors and clinics/hospitals.

You have 1 (one) hour. The countdown clock starts when a doctor has applied, and the time will not reset when other doctors apply for the same locum job.
The first doctor who has applied will automatically get the job.
You will have a maximum number of 5 (five) doctors at one time for one locum job that can be chosen. This number, however, depends on the locum job itself.
The phone number of the doctor will be revealed on the doctor's details page. Please contact the doctor immediately, through phone call or WhatsApp, to arrange a meeting time and location as well as the payment method.
Such irresponsible behavior is not acceptable. Please quickly lodge a report to us via support@doctorportal.info. We will investigate and address your issues in 48 hours. The doctor will be blacklisted and potentially be banned from using the Doctor Portal app for an indefinite time.
For now, the means of payment will be decided and must be agreed by both parties, the doctor and you (clinic/hospital/locum owner). All transactions will be done outside the Doctor Portal app. But, rest assured, we will include a payment feature in the near future!
